Corporate Governance determines the legal and practical framework concerning the management and supervision of a company which are reported upon by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board each year in the Annual Report in accordance with the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Code.

Executive Board

The members of the Executive Board are appointed by the Supervisory Board and are responsible for the management of the company. The Executive Board of MLP SE currently comprises three members.

Chairman:

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board comprises six members, four of whom are appointed by the Annual General Meeting as stipulated in the German Stock Corporation Act and two of whom are appointed by the employees as stipulated in the German Works Council Constitution Act of 1952.

On June 14, 2018 Dr. h. c. Manfred Lautenschläger has been appointed as Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board (CV).
