MLP Supervisory Board extends Manfred Bauer's contract

Wiesloch, May 14, 2019 – When it convened today, the Supervisory Board of MLP SE unanimously decided to extend the executive contract of Manfred Bauer, which runs until April 30, 2020, by five years to 2025. The 57-year-old is responsible for Products & Services in the MLP Executive Board. He has been a member of the Board since 2010.

Manfred Bauer began his career in 1986 at MLP. In the following years he worked in various management functions, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of MLP Versicherung AG. MLP sold the subsidiary to the Gothaer Group in 2005, since which time it has been trading as Janitos Versicherung AG. Until his return to MLP, Manfred Bauer worked there in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer.
