The Hamburg-based institute “S.W.I. Finance” was commissioned by “Wirtschaftswoche” to analyse 200 consultations for pension provisions. The testers submitted two different client profiles for their analyses: Someone just starting out in working life, in their mid-20’s with a gross income of 31,000 Euros p.a. and an academic, aged 40 with one child and an annual income of 60,000 Euros. The way in which contact was established, the communication per telephone and email as well as the meeting atmosphere were also rated in addition to the assessment of the consultations themselves and the product proposals.
The MLP subsidiary Feri Family Trust was also honoured once again. The publisher “Fuchsbriefe” sought the best foundation management company among 46 banks and asset managers and rated Feri as “unreservedly recommendable” in their findings. The “Fuchsbriefe” and the Institut for Qualitätssicherung and Prüfung von Finanzdienstleistungen (IQF) (institute for quality assurance and the examination of financial services) conducted the analysis in cooperation with the German stock exchange’s Market Data & Analytics department for the second time. The “Fuchsbriefe” had previously rated Feri as the best asset manager in the German-speaking region last November.
