Wiesloch, May 4, 2016 – MLP will hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2015 on June 16, 2016 in the Palatin Congress Centre in Wiesloch, Germany. As of today, all documents relating to the Annual General Meeting are accessible on the internet at http://www.mlp-hauptversammlung.de.

As usual, the agenda provides for the passing of resolutions on the following points:

  • Use of unappropriated profit as per December 31, 2015.
  • Discharge of the members of the Executive Board for the financial year 2015.
  • Discharge of the members of the Supervisory Board for the financial year 2015.
  • Appointment of the auditor for the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2016.

Following the acquisition of DOMCURA Group, the agenda also provides for the approval of the control and profit and loss transfer agreement with Schwarzer Familienholding GmbH.
