Wiesloch, 11th November 2016 – MLP AG is to be converted into a Societas Europaea (SE). Executive Board and Supervisory Board plan to propose this to shareholders during the next Annual General Meeting.

The next Annual General Meeting will convene in Wiesloch on June 29, 2017.
