MLP issues securities and is, as such, obliged to provide its audience at least once a year with a so-called "Annual Document" in accordance with paragraph 10, section 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG).
Hereinafter please find an overview of all information published or provided to the audience during the 2010 business year in line with the guidelines in paragraph 10, section 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG). These include, in particular, ad-hoc announcements, announcements concerning Directors' Dealings, the year-end accounts, interim reports and the invitation to the MLP AG annual general meeting.
